Email address — used for magic-link authentication and to deliver download links. We do not send marketing emails.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

File Handling

All uploaded PDF files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of upload. We do not read, analyze, share, or use the contents of your documents for any purpose beyond performing OCR processing. Files are processed in isolated environments and are never used for training machine learning models.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services.

Data Retention

Uploaded files: deleted within 24 hours
Account data (email, page balance): retained while your account is active
Purchase records: retained for tax and legal compliance
